Levine:
"He was not outside my home for self defense," Levine said. "He was not outside my home for hunting. He was not outside my home for target shooting."
Nutjob:
"I hope you kiss your wife, I hope you kiss your husband, I hope you kiss your children goodbye before you come and try to take mine," he said. "Because, that's the last time you will ever kiss them in your life, because you're only getting my gun, one way, and that's with the business end."
Nice job, GOP! I'm sure that will win over voters.

Will someone explain why this is ok?
Because when you tell me you're going to pass a law to make things that are perfectly legal right now a felony, with the intent of backing it up with deadly force, with police kicking down doors and confiscating guns, then I perceive THAT as a threat to my life.
But that's ok for politicians? They can threaten my life, with impunity?
How's that work?
Provide text from the bill at issue that shows where there will be forceable confiscation. If not, you are just making shit up to justify being an asshole and threatening people.
There was a line item in the budget for 18 new dedicated firearms enforcement SWAT Troopers to enforce the new laws.
Why form a couple brand new SWAT teams devoted to firearm enforcement if you're not planning on confiscating banned guns?
Citation or it didn't happen.

It’s not a proposed ban on owning one, just buying a new one. And the whole point is to reduce violence. Why would police “batter down your door”?
You’re either being intentionally obtuse or you are dumb as a bag of hammers.
Either way, enough with the hysteria. DB was wrong to brandish a gun outside this delegate’s home.
+1. Thus is how you know the 2A arguments are all garbage. They can’t debate the bills on their merits so they have to make up complete lies to justify their position.

You are insane. Levine isn’t threatening your life.
His bill originally made it a Class 6 felony to import, sell, buy, transfer or build them within the state. It also reclassified most handguns into assault weapons because of the ability to accept an extended magazine, and banned features that are common on most rifles sold today, even hunting rifles.
