FCV 04 DA vs Bethesda 04 ECNL: Tie 1-1
VDA 04 ECNL vs Bethesda 04 ECNL: Won 3-0
Penn Fusion Showcase - February 2020

Maryland United Showcase – February 2020
Loudoun 04 ECNL vs Maryland United ECNL: Tie 0-0
Loudoun 04 ECNL vs PDA BLUE ECNL: Tie 0-0
VDA 04 ECNL vs Maryland United ECNL: Tie 1-1
VDA 04 ECNL vs Bethesda 04 ECNL: Won 4-0
I see FCV actually cares for “Development” of all players and not only about winning. They go to these showcases and have all great players touching the ball so recruiters can look at them. While other clubs care about winning towards propaganda.
So the ECNL/FCV parent posting the game results why don’t you post the number of players that signed with college that played for these clubs? I would also add the college to see the difference.

Everyone, everyone cares. You know why? Because while FCV sits on that high horse while trying to steal the top players from other clubs by saying they are the best and DA is the league of the future things like SCRIMMAGES tells us the truth, they aren’t. FCV plays weak DA teams that put them on top and only when they play ECNL teams can we actually see what the true playing field is. Stop sending your players to this club. It makes no difference if they are at FCV, MU, MD U, VDA, Loudoun or Arlington. If your child is good they will be sought out. If your child is NTC worthy they will go and then be pulled for NT. Here is a piece of advice you really want your kid to play at the top levels when it actually matters? Get them the right training, watch how they are inspired, work extra then work some more then by the time they are in college push to get them seen. NTC are a joke at this age and most are forgotten when it actually matters. Work for them to get pulled when in college. Don’t worry about the club your kid is at unless they are sitting the bench. Worry about the training and the amount of hours they are putting in, to get them to be a stand out when it matters. FCV is not that golden ticket and people need to stop drinking that kool-Aid.
Local ECNL parent raging about weak local DA! Lol. Have you seen the mid-atlantic ECNL division? Lol. One good team per age group out of 11.
Thank you for proving the above message. ECNL has better competition. Your club played ECNL teams and either won by one, lost or tied. Stop thinking that all the FCV teams are above average it is laughable.
Funny how scrimmages where cellar dweller MU has competitive games with “elite” ecnl teams they’re “just scrimmages”. Like I said there’s one team per age group out the 11 teams in ecnl mid Atlantic that could finish top half of the mid Atlantic DA divisions.
Keep raging on! ECNL is the best!!!

Does FCV really have the ability to not report the score of a DA game? Can't Penn Fusion just report it? How do you know the score?
Stop drinking the kool-Aid. You know why they aren’t reporting, it doesn’t fit the agenda.
Oh trust me, I'm not drinking that particular batch of Kool-Aid. I totally get why FCV wouldn't want that result up (as childish as that sort of behavior would be - what's so bad about a team of 12 year olds losing a reasonably close game to another group of "elite" 12 year olds?). I was just wondering why Penn Fusion wouldn't have reported the score. I suppose it will have to be reported at some point???
Just to clarify:
The refs report the scores. Sometimes, it doesn’t get done and it takes awhile to correct.
They dont report showcase scores. Only DA games.
