You chose to be a single parent. Single or married, all parents need several emergency back up child care plans. Your child care problems are not your employer's problem.


There’s literally not enough paid childcare available to have several sets of back up plans. This post bears no relation to the real world. All workers, kids or not, need paid sick leave.
