Right, and there are NEVER daily threads attacking Trump voters or Republicans in general that are probably started by female Democrats. You can certainly dish it out, but seem unable to take it. How very curious.
You can see who starts each thread in the Political Forum?? Are you one of the mediums?

Wouldn't be a thread in the Political Forum without the requisite GOP whataboutism.
Nope. I just have a working brain and the ability to infer, based on the moderator’s own comments, that the vast majority of posters here are liberal women. Have a great night, liberal woman!
Epic fail. I'm a dude.
Not much of a working brain there. Just knee-jerk GOP BS.
Biologically, maybe. But your brain self identifies as a liberal woman.

Only 28%
Only 20% of women below the average (men were 38%, nearly double)
27% of democrats (28% of republicans and 31% of independents)
College educated were more successful (only 38% which shows me college fails us as a country)
So it appears a majorly of women Democrat voters bitching about Trumps policies cannot even point to Iran on a map.
Meh, this is a bit silly. You don't really need to know exactly where Iran is on a map to know how/why bombing it might matter? Also, with technology, you don't really need such geography skills as much when you can look it up in 5 seconds if you wanted to.
If you are making the broader point that much of the voting populace is under-informed...well, duh.
Ohhhh pathetic pathetic argument, and I am against Trump!!!!! “You don’t really need such geography skills” - ouch. Glad you are not running public education. Or are you?? It’s the fault of our schools that most Americans don’t know this (this is not college level info, btw). However — My middle schoolers is studying Middle East geography right now, and I was very pleased to see that.
Did you miss the "as much" part. Try reading more carefully next time. The information the human brain retains adjusts with available technology. No biggie.
DP. Then I guess you’d claim we no longer need to learn math, spelling, etc. I mean, what are calculators and spellcheck for?![]()

How incredibly pathetic that you actually believe this.
-DP (female independent voter)
Do you have an actual argument to make, Miss Independent? Or just outrage and name calling? Same thing is happening with spelling, grammar and even ability to navigate roads. It'll probably happen with foreign language skills eventually. When was the last time you used a map or compass to get somewhere?
I use maps all the time. I’m a cartographer. Do even know what that means?![]()
Yes, I do. Citing an anomaly to prove a rule. Well done,. Do you feel special?
You are not bright. Not at all.
Come back when you have something useful to offer the thread.
Wait. Who *doesnt* use maps? Even if they are speaking the directions, or become more advanced. Maps
Change all the time. Structures change. Roads are built. Boundaries are sometimes redrawn. You absolutely need to correctly identify a country. Far more important to know left from right and north from south, but still good to understand how many people don’t appreciate the nuances that are literally geographical for a lot of political issues.

Just like "intensive purposes" will eventually gain wide acceptance, geography dorks will eventually accept this middle east stuff.
Peace in Afghanistan!
Yes, but will they also except it?

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I don't see this as a big deal. What percentage of people in Iran can identify Colorado on a map of the US?
First of all.. CO is a state within a country; Iran is a country in the Middle East region, not a state.
Secondly, have they bombed CO?
Third, I don't really care, do you?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Everyone knows there is only one country in the Middle East that has caused all these problems.
And the USA bears no blame whatsoever?
ALL of the problems in the Middle East are associated with Iran?
Not Iran
Not Iraq
Not Afghanistan
Not Syria
Not Jordan
Not Lebanon
Not Saudi Arabia
Not Lebanon
Not Qatar
Not United Arab Emirates
Not Palestine
Jus to be pedantic on a thread about geography failings. Neither Iran nor Afghanistan are in the Middle East!
Pointless. They're Middle East for all intensive purposes.
All intensive purposes except geographically and culturally, so basically not at all. But hey I'm part of the 28% so what do I know.
