Depends a bit on your rice cooker. Some can't really slow cook and you end up burning part of it.

Tastes amazing though. My kids ate a whole on in about three minutes, dipping it in syrup.

Xiao Long Bao (Soup dumplings) from Din Tai Fung

Nime Chow from a place in RI- It's just a fresh roll with thai basil, shrimp and rice noodles, but this place has the most amazing sauce- lime, fish sauce, sugar and peanuts. The sauce make it. Most places give you the thick peanut sauce.This is refreshing and so good.

Miso glazed Salmon.
This tastes out of this world. You need 24 hours to marinate it but so worth it. This is a total
game changer for Salmon, I discovered it when I was totally bored with Salmon anything else,
this takes like no other Salmon dish.

For me, it used to be Vietnamese fried pork rolls eaten with lettuce and pickled carrots. As I am from Europe this was nothing I ever knew about until FIL introduced me to it!

Mmm adore these.

Tonkatsu curry is fantastic. When I lived in Japan I'd get it from a cheap curry place every couple weeks. So, so good.

Soup dumplings are always awesome.

And Burmese ginger salad.
