I'd probably get another IUD because it's going to affect you more than him if you do get pregnant. Ultimately, it's all about not getting pregnant, right? I loved my IUD and wanted another one but the doctor wouldn't prescribe another one because I was 46 and she said I'm probably no longer fertile.
Him being kind of selfish would probably give me pause, though.

I sustained pretty horrific nerve damage from birthing and an episiotomy. It took about 2 years to begin to feel anything and sensation is still muted but improving. Don’t give up, it can still improve. Nerve tissue grows slowly.
Ps. Pelvic floor therapy isn’t just for women. You may seek out a pt for help with this.

Are you serious with this? Try living with incontinence the rest of your life because the pregnancy screwed up your bladder function and pelvic floor. Try raising a kid for 18 years. Both parties have to come to a reasonable agreement on this and given that SHE will be the one to carry a pregnancy and to do most of the work of childrearing, cause let's face it, that's how it goes, the man needs to suck it up and deal.

Then he uses condoms. You are responsible for your body, and you dont want semen inside your body. Therefore no sex unless he is wearing a condom. He buys them and carries them. As long as he does that, you really cant fault him.
