Did you read? The area you call Korean way is in Ellicott City. The area around JHU APL is the Fulton, North Laurel, Clarksville area.

Looking at Demographics statistics, about 30% of the population of Ellicott City is Asian. About 12% of Columbia is Asian. About 15-18% of North Laurel/Fulton/Clarksville is Asian.

Yes, there is a higher density of Asians where I said, Ellicott City and South/West.
