“Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.
The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.
In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh's, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.
The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.”
Ok, let me get this straight....
1) BK exposed himself at a party.
2) Other students "pushed" BK's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent
So, the other students somehow managed to "push" his genitals into the open (I'm assuming) hand of a girl without her consent? She was standing there, right next to BK, with her hand open in just the right spot so that others could "push" his junk into her hand?
Then, he told the FBI but did not tell any of the Dem senators who were like heat seeking missiles, looking for anything to pin on him?
He literally couldn’t keep it in his pants. This is 100% on the dirtbag with his pants unzipped.
Well... if you believe a 30+ year old allegation by a guy who may or may not have witnessed this. Obviously, you do. I’m extremely skeptical it happened at all.

We know. We know you never believe any woman. There’s never a woman who you believe no matter how small or how big the charge (unless she accused a Democrat - suddenly you guys are convinced, curiously. But I have them suspicion that you don’t really believe those women, you just hate Democrats). Even when you’re women and you’ve had gropes, crude remarks and rapes of your own. Your POV is patriarchy and misogyny wrapped up in sadistic little package meant to look reasonable.

Unbelievable. You’re basically saying that the victim ‘asked for it’. If that was your daughter, I suspect that your perspective might be a bit different. What is wrong with you people?

Especially since BK hasn't indicated that he has moved on or grown up.
Oh, he has moved on, all right.
Moved on from that behavior? That life? No, he hasn't.

What a surprise.

sorry, i was slightly inaccurate above - here’s what the hill reports:
“Stier did not speak publicly about the story, according to the Times, but two U.S. officials reportedly corroborated his account to the FBI with the newspaper.”
i can’t access my my times sub on my phone but i’ll post their details when i’m back on my computer

Kav is one of the most politically despised people in the history of America and haters will stop at nothing to destroy him. As such, we can expect random unverifiable allegations of the most heinous nature from time to time. It does not reflect well on anyone.
Eh. I wasn't really that interested in Ford, one way or the other. I was interested in Kavanaugh's more recent professional past and his behavior during the hearings.
Didn't pass muster, any of it. Which Republicans all knew and didn't care about. And they had their pick, could have put forward anyone. Insulting that they picked him and stuck with him. They deserve to lose the Senate for it.
Genuine question - what recent professional acts do you feel did not pass muster? I was under the impression he had a pretty spotless record.
He ran up 6 figure debts which were magically erased concurrent with his nomination and it was not disclosed on his financial filings.
That was just last year.

Also, from NYT on 9/23/18:
The Times had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate her story, and could find no one with firsthand knowledge. Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.
Of note, Max Stier is a former Clinton defense attorney.
Of note, Brett Kavanaugh was a lawyer harrassing Clinton.
Right. And...what is Kavanaugh saying to take down Stier?

You missed 21:34’s post. Read it.
That was AFTER Blasey Ford's testimony. She could figure out how to accuse him and he couldn't? All he had to do was call Feinstein's office.
He called the FBI. You know, the agency tasked with investigating the charges against Bretty Bought and Paid For.
Well, then, let him speak publicly now.
he did. to the times. that’s why this is being talked about now

21:52 is determined not to admit he’s wrong about Bretty.

Yep. He did and does have a sterling professional and personal reputation. He was lauded by everyone he’s ever worked with, mentored, or befriended. That’s enough for me.
