I am not talking about myself, I am talking about my observations. There is nothing "sad" about how I live, though you might wish otherwise.

I get this a lot b.c I am a happily married woman who actually likes football. If I start talking to DH's buddies too much...all the wives start freaking out. Pathetic.


I love sports, but I know better than to approach other women's husbands about it. I love other "traditionally male oriented topics" as well, I just talk to my brother or unmarried friends about those topics. NBD - I don't die if I don't discuss those topics, and I have plenty of other topics I am fluent about. It's not as if my only topic of conversation is sports my repetroire is not that limited.

It’s the fit part. Sorry ladies but big boobs and/or a tight a$$ don’t matter as much as a fit body.

I’m at the pool right now and it’s a sea of tankinis and coverup adorned moms. The few moms with nice bods in bikinis are excluded by the other moms and labeled as b!tches.

I have my air pods in so no one will bother me but no music on. I hear all the shit talking these moms do about the fit women. If they ran their legs as much as their mouths, their husbands wouldn’t be lusting after the bikini moms.

Most of these women are after money they think you have, it's not your sparkling personality or rugged good looks. My friend owns half of that windfall, and her kids get the rest - she may not look anything special to you, but she's not stupid. C'est la vie.

? I was just responding to the other PP who stated he'd give up $100K for a hotter wife, and that $100K would easily buy her better looks. I'm a DW.

You seem really threatened. Maybe you know you aren’t bringing your “A” game to the table? I don’t mind when other women talk to my husband because I am extremely confident in myself, my attributes, and our relationship.
