Kate is far from posh or well bred. She is British white trash who married rich.

Was going to post this. Especially for the people who love her 'accent'. Newsflash - its not a posh accent in Britain. Its a sign of her upbringing she tries to hide (which is why you never hear her speak). She comes from a family of miners *you know -- the people who work underground* and her mother was a flight attendant.
Now the Duchess of Cambridge has acquired a moniker of her own — and it’s certainly a little barbed. To her critics, Kate has become known as the Duchess of Do-Little.
Why? Well firstly, because Kate does seem to do very little. Last year (when, in fairness, she was pregnant) she undertook just 62 royal engagements, compared with the 340 of our nearly 90-year-old Queen.
...
Kate’s new nickname is also a reference to her startling rise up the class ladder — much like Eliza Doolittle, the energetic commoner who was turned into a society beauty in George Bernard Shaw’s play Pygmalion.

Yep.
Also, Kate has taken many elocution lessons to sound more like her upper class in laws. She is terribly shy and afraid of her true accent coming through, which is why she speaks so little in public.
Listen to her sister speak. It is a very different accent than the one Kate has adopted as a royal. She is a poser and a phony. Both are ruthless social climbers and gold diggers.
What on earth are you babbling about? Pippa's accent is the same as Kate's - normal. Kate isn't pretending to be anyone she isn't. Which galls you to no end.

If you lived in the UK you wouldn't be wasting your time on these nonsense threads that are about as based in reality as a badly written 80's soap opera like Dynasty or Dallas.
Unfortunately the OP has a bent for total and utter romance fantasy BS.
DP. Well, yes. Isn't that why any of us post on these royals threads? Isn't that what being an Anglophile is?

You mean Kate. Her appeal was to slink around in a student fashion show early naked. That’s what caught her man. So that tells you about both W and K. The only interesting things ever said about her is she played field hockey in school (no comment) and that she’s now trying to take photographs of her kids.
You bring up this fashion show thing inEVERY thread. It’s like you are roaming at the mouth just dying to insert it any royal related thread. What’s wrong with you?

Pure class right there.

Megan’s mother is black and doesn’t come from a lot of money
