Harvard is more political. Any decent student can succeed at Harvard or Yale. Not true at schools like CalTech or MIT.

yes. she said in a different video she wants to be a women and gender studies major at H. so there's that.

She would have done fine at any of the Ivies. Hard to imagine many MIT students who wouldn’t survive any of the ivies. Some Ivy students - but not all - can survive the rigor of MIT.

All ivies, Stanford - are all largely a luck of the draw, just less so at MIT and CalTech. Grandparents’ legacy can get students to Harvard - but won’t help solve engineering problems at MIT.

I kind of enjoyed watching the video and thought she was funny at times but at the same time thinks it's sad that smart kids act dumb and jaded. I've seen other kids do this. She did not come across in the least bit intelligent or interested in anything. Just self-important and jaded. Obviously she's done impressive things but she didn't express anything that shows she can think independently or has goals beyond getting good grades and getting into top colleges.

Um, yeah. DUH! It was a 13 minute video ABOUT GETTING INTO COLLEGE...of course she's going to talk about her grades and her extracurriculars and the things she did to gasp! get into a top college. If you expect or feel entitled to see the depth of a person in a 13 minute video, I think it is you who does not come across in the least bit intelligent...just self-important and jaded.
