Just tell your serfs you want to warn them there is a crazy person in the neighborhood and that she's a waste of their time. They can decide for themselves whether Bohemian or pristine is more appealing in their professional lives.
I think there is nothing wrong with once -- once! -- telling someone you are contracting with that oh, by the way, there is a rather odd neighbor who tends to approach people I hire and say I recommended you. I don't think she would be a good employer, so I don't recommend anyone to her, just in case she says that. Anyway …
And then let it go. Let people form their own opinions and make their own decisions. You will have taken care of the only part that is your purview, which is your own reputation that was being misused.
