The queen is called “Granny” by her grandchildren and “Mummy” by her children. But if they are talking about her to someone else, they call her The Queen. Her husband calls her Lilibet and so did Margaret. Not sure what the children/grandchildren-in-law call her. Everyone else calls her “Ma’am”.

+1. What happily married person starting a family spends the same amount of time on friends and hobbies? Take a look at all the threads in the relationship forum where the (usually) husband still goes out with friends, golfing, etc. all the time. Those marriages are on the rocks.

Are you kidding? When one spouse makes the other give up all their friends, that's not "happily married". That's sad. And it doesn't bode well for the marriage.

If you think that is an admirable love story because Meghan is some paragon of virtue then you're in for a wild ride when Harry eventually cheats. Because he will. Meghan wasn’t forced on him. He dated her, showed her his passions and decided to commit to her. She didn’t get pregnant by herself. Grown men who are ready to commit and start a life with someone aren’t forced to do anything. If his friends were that important to him then they would be around. If his hobbies were that important, he would be wasting time on them. He grew up and sometimes that means you outgrow certain friends and hobbies.

I think she has the perfect life. I’m sure everything about it is the best it possibly could be. Way superior to any of us peasants posting on here.

If you are responding on this thread I assume you are well aware of the royal duties and tours. Therefore you are aware of how busy these newlyweds have been. Add preparing for a baby on top of that and how much free time is there to party with friends and keep up with hobbies? Also, I never said married men can no longer have friends or hobbies.
