I just went after many years. I tried a cheeseburger. It tasted like chemicals.

You might be avoiding their beef for your own reasons, but Filet-o-fish (#6) and Big Mac (#5) are pretty close, nutrition-wise. Maybe you could splurge every now and then!

I go about once a month and it's a meal with either a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, depending on how I'm feeling that day.

I go once a year in March to get a shamrock shake. Had mine a couple weeks ago. Until next year!

Only on road trips but most of ours involve the NJ turnpike and BK. I get a chicken sandwich or a salad. Can't recall the last McDonalds stop. We prefer Subway if there are choices.

Maybe every other month? My kid loves the Shamrock shakes. I love the filet-o-fish. And fries, of course.

Since when have you seen a rest stop with only a McDonald’s? Even the convenience stores have sandwiches and things now. No excuse to eat that crap.


I-70 in West Virginia and western Ohio. McD’s or a gas station, for some stretches.

Once every few months I stop and get a medium fries and medium Diet Coke after work. A great treat! I get it from the McDonalds at Airpark Road in Gaithersburg and the fries are always perfect.
