This is bigger than Biden. This is bad for women. There is already talk about how now men don't want to even hire young women because of what that might mean. They are afraid that if they shake a hand to tight, put their hand on a shoulder - hell, do anything. This is bad. These women are snowflakes. Makes me crazy.

Why didn't these women feel uncomfortable during the Obama/Biden presidential races & speak up then? People have become WAY too sensitive to everything these days. If this is going to be Biden’s undoing, better to get it over with now. I’m actually surprised by how many Dems thought he was the best great hope anyway- he’s run a couple times already and was a terrible candidate.

As to the “that’s just Joe” defenses, I recall those who pitifully claimed Al Franken’s crimes should be excused because he was “just joking around.”

I don’t want men “joking around” with my body, nor would anyone welcome Joe’s unwanted touching.


And you sound desparate to mischaracterize his behavior. He doesn't touch people in a sexually suggestive way, and no one has said he has. If you're so sensitive, maybe you should enclose yourself in a plastic bubble from now on whenever you have social interactions.

Ok, we’ll call his handsyness extremely inappropriate overfamiliarity. Burying one’s face in a woman’s hair, sniffing, planting unwanted kisses, cupping the woman’s (or child’s) face, pulling them in for hugs and kisses, letting his hands remain on shoulders, backs, etc etc... shall I continue?

You can call it whatever you want, but the fact remains the behavior is unwanted. And I bet if some guy you work with did this to you, you’d be the first in line to report him and/or call him out.


Harassment may be a better word than groping for what Biden loves doing.

In any large company he would have been fired decades ago. His behavior is a textbook example of harassment in the workplace.
