Well no one can difinitively say he isn’t a white male, but based on his name I’d say there’s a pretty good chance that he is Hispanic.

Because the people coming across the border are the brown people. Most are indigenous. Many don't speak spanish or speak it as a second language.

The white Mexicans and Central Americans are doing just fine. They are the ones that keep the wealth in their countries.
