Rolls, but only because they didn't rise. We ended up with a pan full of hockey pucks.

Everything else was perfect.

Sweet potatoes. Regular mashed potatoes, stuffing, rolls yes.

I always skip turkey. This year I skipped mashed potatoes since I'm all about the stuffing and I can't indulge that much. It was a good choice.

We’re skipping everything except a pumpkin pie for one kid who requested it. Our immediate family decided to do tacos and five other family members have decided to join us. There was a bit of grumbling from my mom but if she wanted turkey she could have sent the invitation.

Turkey. It's just me and my kids and I just bought a tiny ham. Will focus on sides!

I’m skipping pecan pie and green bean casserole. I like green bean casserole but am fine without it. I think I usually eat one slice of pecan pie and that’s my max since it’s so sweet, so no real need for a whole pie. I’ll just eat more of the others
