U13 has only 16
I think that was already answered. They didn't have more than 16 available to play for Spirit. It's not like they had 40 great choices and decided to keep it at 16. Tryouts were sparse.
They said they wanted 18 or less and that is what they did. I know it is a foreign concept doing what you say you are going to do. They could pull players from GFR 06, 07, 08 to play but so far they have not. Realize Spirit has an 07 who has only played U14 and U15 games.
They said that and then didn't fulfill that promise in other age groups. They promised all returning teams and players 18 or less. Check the website to see if they kept their promise.

Spirit does not have DP players.
They do have a U16 non DA team.
At U13 and U14 every player rostered since the beginning of the season has played 7 or more official DA games (unless they chose not to play).

No need to bash any of these clubs. The previous point was that all of the DA and ECNL clubs keep lots of players around, whether maxing rosters or using DPs. If your DD is good enough to start, you shouldn’t worry about those who choose to be a DP or perennial bench player. It’s their choice.

05’s and 06’s are at 18 or less.
20 on the 05s, and they would take more if they could. Spirit will take more if more come. The rosters were self limited by how many have tried out and agreed to play for Spirit.
There's 2 years worth of data already that shows that.
