I agree that she’s awful. She tries very, very hard. I’m not into people like that. Just be authentic.

Yeah, excpept all of the socal media algorithms force feed her down everyone's throats. I have literally blocked her on Twitter and somehow I still see 3 X's a week in my feed.

I like following her on social media and find her funny. I generally enjoy her posts.

But in the last year or so, it seems like the amount of ads she and John do are out of control- google, pampers, her makeup whatever line, MCDONALDS-- when I saw the McDonald's I was really like ok, this is enough. McDonald's is garbage. Especially since she apparently writes cookbooks and claims to be knowledgeable about food. And you're the face of McDonald's? I thought that was a strange decision

But for a variety of reasons, 20,000,000 choose to follow her on Instagram, enough people have purchased her cookbooks to make her a “best seller” and Target thinks she’s a big enough draw to highlight her own cookware and housewares lines and others with cosmetics and Pampers with diapers etc etc.
