I'm not sure whether Diane Lane has had any serious surgery, but she looks great. Phoebe Cates isn't really in the public eye anymore but she does, too.

Jennifer Lopez has had her nose thinned and has had a full face lift. She is nearly FIFTY for Christ's sake, that is the only way her face looks like it did 30 years ago.

Also I think she had a mommy make over after her twins - mini tummy tuck at the very least.

She looks like she grew out her perm, lightened her hair & grew it out.
She likely contours + tans her face - but everything else looks the same to me.


Only thing that looks (surgically)different is her nose.
