Stress is normal and can really flare up at times. I've done several things to help me. Massage, reading, writing, meditation, praying, and working out. But I'd really like to encourage you guys seek out a pastor or counselor. Pastors are great because they have a deeper sense about things. Counselors are great because of digging into the core issues. Also parenting can add to the stress. Here is a book that you both might enjoy:
