I actually sat on the phone listening during those "town halls" and felt like a moron when I learned just how screened those callers were.

To the coalition's who comprise the Democratic Party, I spent a lifetime defending your civil rights and often times you scorned me because I was a straight white male. But taking my civil rights of due process away from me was and remains too much for me too bear.

There is no place for me to stand in the Democratic Party any longer.
