I’m not saying the list is bad, just that the presence or absence of Princeton is not, on its own, determinative of the strength of a school’s college admissions.
It's being used as a benchmark metric in this thread. Personally I'd be happier if my child went to MIT.
Only because one poster invented the "benchmark" for the sole purpose of tearing down TC Williams. There is no inherent value in Princeton specifically as a benchmark.

Yes. The old Fort Hunt areas have incomes comparable to, if not higher than, Old Town, Rosemont, and the other nice neighborhoods in Alexandria City. And a higher percentage of those residents send their kids to public school.

For a high school its size, the latest college admissions from TC Williams aren't too impressive, but they reflect the demographics of a city with a lot of poverty and many kids in private school. There are high schools that are 2/3 of TC's size in FCPS with less than 2/3 as many admissions to top schools.
