This is not a Travel Soccer for Dummies Question. This is a more advanced travel soccer question and there are like 5-6 threads arguing about this GA vs. ECNL. I heard via DCUM that Loudoun was just accepted into the GA but it is not posted on their website yet (https://girlsacademyleague.com/members/) so you might want to search through these chats to investigate.
