I have never been married before and I don’t have kids and he doesn’t have any either. He has also never been married. I’ll give you his number so then maybe you can ask him why he thinks I’ve slept with other people. But I can tell you it’s a tactic he’s using to make it seem like he’s not the father.

This sounds like you trapped him for the cash. Child support isn't intended to be a way to pay off your debt.
