IME the number of men who are tall, handsome, educated, fun, funny and high earners obviously get snapped up quickly. The ones who don't tend to be commitmentphobes. Hence the dilemma.

Two of the greatest men I’ve ever known were 5-9. I’ve been married; my recollection is that neither relative height nor masters degrees mattered.

False equivalency. Big difference between expectations BEFORE getting trapped into marriage versus bait-and-switch AFTER marriage.
The equivalent of a woman losing desire and getting fat would be a man who starts out attractive and wealthy just to get the relationship started, then he tattoos his face, pierces his nose, dreadlocks his hair, stops working and spends every dime on video games.

True but these are not the men most college educated women will be interested in. I get a lot of messages from men who haven't graduated from college. I guess I'm a snob that way but I need someone who earns more than me. This is not difficult to do as I am a teacher.
Where are you drawing the line? I don’t know what median income here is, but median household income is not that much above $100K, and there aren’t enough tall princes available for all of ya. If you can’t make your standards work, screw your standards.
LOL where do you draw the line? Would you sleep with someone you are not attracted to?

How is that? There are LOTS of AA men. I thought I saw statistics that they outnumber the women.
