What about that member makes you terrified? His temper or something else?
Very narrow scope of interest on issues, almost no interest in upcounty issues, highly disorganized.
Berliner or Ehlrich?
My bet is Ehlrich - I love his ideas on transportation etc., but the devil's in the details, and he seems short on those. Berliner does show a lack of interest in upcounty. I kind of like Krasnow - she seems to have good ideas and provides details on how she hopes to achieve them that are not just "we'll get the money from somewhere...." I, too, am not a fan of Leventhal.
Krasnow has been the most impressive to me too. Not sure what her chances are.
Her chances are zero. I don’t mind her but time is short and people really need to coalesce around a consensus candidate that has the best shot of beating Elrich. At this point, it doesn’t look like that’s happening. I hate Elrich so much, I’ll likely end up voting for that crackpot Ficker in the general.
This. I really, really don't want to to have to vote for Robin Ficker! I desperately wish everyone would get together in support of a single non-Elrich candidate. I will vote for whoever that is, even if it's not my first (or second, or third!) choice. Elrich would be a disaster for the County. And what's so strange, though not an uncommon phenomenon, is that the people who will be hurt the most are the ones supporting him. I don't get it.

Um, developers don't want restrictions like mpdus...so why on earth would you think he would be in bed with developers?

Any new project in MoCo requires some % of MPDUs. Leventhal is unique in that he wants to see home prices decrease. I understand wanting more affordability, but you don't want the value of your current home to decline.
Not true.
He wants more affordable housing. He also wants to retain our higher end taxpayers (in fact, he wants to grow those numbers). He wants both. I hope he can make it work.
