This is a joke, right? We all have learned the hard way that buyer's agents are a joke and almost never look out for their clients much at all. I can tell you horror stories about 2 I used.

Actually "at this point" our agreement has expired. So we could part ways if I chose to do that. I want to write-up and sign a new agreement with him, but this time I'm considering asking for a rebate. He still will get a substantial commission out of the deal.
I hope your employer tells you at your next annual review that he's cutting your pay.

Not PP but that's what employers do if you are being overpaid and not as good useful for them.
