Student has had interrupted schooling (ie sick or left country and came back)
Student rushed or blew off test. In this case their test will be flagged and they will need to retest.
If your son/daughters score when down then you and the teacher should be concerned and take action to correct their course quickly.

They are used if there's an issue. Most kids don't have an issue, but they can be very helpful when there is one.

They are used if there's an issue. Most kids don't have an issue, but they can be very helpful when there is one.
