Just stop talking.
what makes you think the school's insurance policy will cover willful negligence? Or that the claims won't exceed the policy? Or that the parents will settle at all? or that the school will be able to afford insurance going forward?

But if even 20% of it is accurate, my god.
I would argue very strenuously that LAMB is not the safest place right now. Because the lesson that seems to have been learned is that whistleblowers will be fired or will leave, the board will do anything to protect its own, and there will be no ramifications. HOW THE HELL DOES COTTMAN STILL WORK THERE??!! and according to at least one LAMB insider posting here, she appears to think she is blameless and a victim herself. This is really disturbing.
And I would respond that you are not informed enough to have that opinion.
I know it is delightful to trash a school, but you aren't aware of the new policies put in place and the resilience of the teachers and parents.
Diane is delusional, but she is there for kingsbury alone.
Well by all means deals over kids. Sounds like a wonderful and safe place for children!!
This lawsuit will kill the school— thankfully. The teachers will find new jobs and the kids will find new schools. The Board should be gone too. JFYI. What they have done is disgusting. The fact that any of them agree to have their name and picture on the website is gross. Just plain gross. When you know of a problem— which they knew in Feb you correct it. They did nothing.
Troll score: 2.
The people responsible have been terminated or are being forced to resign. I agree that Diane should be fired, but she will be gone soon enough. Hopefully the Board will be slowly replaced over the next couple years.
The lawsuit will not kill the school. The insurance carrier will settle with the parents.
LAMB is a strong school with excellent and committed teachers. The parents are working hard to support the families affected while still moving forward. Despite what this terrible man did, LAMB will not be ripped apart. He will not win.
As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, I find so many posts on this thread so deeply problematic.
All of this rah-rah-we-are-such-a-strong-community is such a slap in the face to the victims and their families.
Nobody is winning here.
I am also a survivor of sexual violence. Apparently that gives someone more credibility for their opinions? If you knew anything about LAMB, you would know that many of the victims’ families are also deeply supportive of the school, the community and the teachers. It’s why they’re still there.
you make it sound like some kind of cult. not really convincing me.

It doesn't take a single person to complete a deal, and no piece of property is worth the school's integrity.
