Take off your man hating glasses. The vagueness and gradual revelation are far more likely to be related to privacy. A celebrity choosing to not share every detail of a difficult situation and injury with the world doesn't mean her husband is beating her and breaking her bones and slashing her face.

+1. Maybe she didn't say anything about the facial injury as she hoped it'd heal well and be unnoticable, but that didn't turn out to be the case.

It could have been he main house but I saw this picture of her cabin retreat and those steps do look like an accident waiting to happen.

Yikes I just saw it. She prances around in heels a lot too-recipe for disaster. Her steps inside are a nightmare too. (People may find carpetting tacky on steps, but as a klutz with reckless kids, I would have it no other way). I bet the fall was really painful .

Maybe her ear was ripped off or otherwise mangled.

first she locks her kid in the car

then falls and breaks wrist but can't share that she injured her face

then nearly 2 months later tells us she injured her face in the fall that broke her wrist?

I love Carrie Underwood. My very fav American Idol and my fav country singer and a outstanding performer along with the fact that sh is beautiful

BUT
this story is missing some key details.

A) she was drunk
b) she had a medical condidtion
c) she fell and was too self absorbed about her appearance to share whole story
d) her man was away and she wanted him home

It looks like something is up with the left side of her face. Perhaps the fan was told not to reveal anything.

She owned up to it and still openly talks about it. It would be ridiculous to fake an accident as a cover. But, who knows.

It could also be that there was internal damage that initially wasn't as visible on the outside but that the surgeon had to go in and fix. Like her teeth cut through her lip or there was nerve damage or her cheekbone was damaged and they reshaped it etc. When they are doing facial surgeries, they put in a lot of stitches to minimize scaring. they can do multiple layers of stitches - inner layers and then a final outer layer so the 40-50 stitches are not all visible ones.
