Now please tell us how black people are so afraid of DC cops. Do you have any experiences that you would like to share, or have you seen some cool vids on the net that you don't like?
So on the most relevant metric here you fail - you don't live in DC.
I'm pretty confident you also are not black and based on the stupidity of some of your comments I doubt you spend much time in DC - but please tell us what makes you, as an outsider, such an expert?

Ain't a city in this country where black people aren't afraid of the police dumbass. [/qurote]
Ah yeah, those bad cops wreaking havoc on the black community. They are the problem, not the criminals, obviously.

Too many Blacks dont want to put other blacks in jail goes with the council picture too they know their constituency. Also why the rehabilitation act never got serious reform. Remember the post series last year. Almost nothing changed. Don't want little Tyrone going away in jail because there are tons of people related to him in DC. Sad because before you know it Tyrone is dead but hey thats what majority of DC wants
Juveniles know DC is a joke from the joke school system that you will still graduate regardless to the joke rehabilitation act slap on the wrist for multiple crimes to the joke atv/motrocycle enforcement where these little thugs can run wild in the streets with no fear or retribution
You would think whites would be able to do something about this with the increased numbers, you don't call them bleeding heart liberals for nothing. Sadly its takes them literally bleeding from a crime before they finally wake-up. The worst are the lawyers who actively campaign against having normal crime regulations not even tough on crime just normal on crime. Again people only change their tune when they are victims themselves. Sad
Good news is the overall crime rate in DC is trending downard that's largely due to gentrification. The days of feeling unsafe in DC are long gone thankfully. Still too many juveniles know they can get away with anything which sets them up for failure when they finally have to deal with real authority and consequences later in life say trying to hold down a job for example.
Wow that’s interesting and a lot.
Care to include some insight on the police and the judicial system in terms of how they factor into this whole softness on crime thing?
I mean it can’t all be a consequence of black elected officials catering to their black constituents - somehow the law and order factions have to play a part, right?
Oh and before you answer don’t forget the DC Chief of Police is Peter Newsham. Notice...he’s not black

And also bear in mind that in the District all felonies and some serious misdemeanors are prosecuted by the U.S. attorney’s office, whose chief is appointed by the President and is not accountable to D.C. citizens. Donald Trump appointed Jessie K. Liu. She was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on September 14, 2017 as the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia and took office on September 24, 2017. Notice...she’s not black.
were you at the DC rehabilitation act hearings did you see the pushback
police chief answers to council and the city at large
attorney's office has to deal with DC juries
So you’re saying the law and order factions are essentially paralyzed by the political power of the black masses who are all in cahoots to curtail severe consequences for criminal acts Despite The Fact that they are the primary victims of said acts. Wow...well that certainly is an interesting theory but I gotta say it sounds highly implausible. I’m not sure if you know any black people who are District residents or how comfortable you are conversing with them about such subjects but I encourage you to ask some of them about their supposed supreme authority over the criminal justice system here in DC and be sure to take note of their reaction - it’ll either be an incredulous look of confusion as they wonder what the hell you’re talking about or an outburst of uncontrollable laughter at your obvious delusion. Blacks are intimidated by cops and courtrooms not the other way around.
Apparently you are not a cop. The majority of black people that cops deal with in high crime areas are hardly afraid of the cops. Cops don't beat down people like they used to in the 70s - 80's.
