What do you mean they subdivided the lot? They used to own more land around the house which they sold off?
Years ago. The owners from the early 2000's had the entire lot next door where a new house now stands. I can't remember if they subdivided and sold the lot and then a few years later sold this house or if a developer bought it all and built one new house and renovated this one and resold it.
