The (IMO) sad fact is that rape and sexual assault are hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt if the woman reports it to the police imeediately and has a rape kit done. He aid she said. And he wins in a beyond a reasonable doubt world. There is no concrete proof Bill Clinton raped anyone. There is proof of a consensual affair. Which is not illegal. Martha Stuart and Kushner were caught for a financial crimes, for which there was tangible, solid evidence, in the form of paper trails. Whole different ballgame.
