Yes. I'd say it's most similar to Curb Your Enthusiasm. Look up deadpan in Wikipedia and Arrested Development is given as an example: "Many popular American sitcoms use deadpan expressions to deliver dry humor, including Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, and My Name Is Earl."
The delivery is deadpan but the people are over the top. It can have a really absurdist feel. I wanted to say this because often people think deadpan comedy is just people in normal situations saying cutting things to each other (dull).
