I mean, logic dictates that if you are spraying nature to eradicate an insect, it is likely that which you are spraying will impact more than your target.

Yes because they use a magic insecticide that only kills mosquitos. Also it does not persist in the environment around you house for 4-6 weeks killing all insects and absorbed through you skin when you go in your yard.

We use mosquito Joe and our garden is full of bees butterflies worms birds and rabbits. Many cities - except DC it would seen- blanket spray their public spaces and wet parks. While they're at it they should put a barrier for ticks as well.
