+1 I have never seen any of those DC privates going to this ever.

I keep checking back on this thread to see if we all are being punked by someone making up this whole event. So suburban DC Catholic school 12 and 13 year olds get "drunk and stoned" at a charity dance called the White Party and held at a park that is still notorious for its past history of segregation. I keep hoping this whole chain is satire.

It’s shocking the silence on these boards about this event and the fact that seventh and eighth graders were showing up wasted. I think it’s because they are mostly suburban kids that don’t attend schools that people consider elite and that’s why they don’t care? Otherwise it’s hard to figure out why there’s a 100 page thread about one student allegedly drinking at a big three and yet no word about seventh and eighth graders showing up to a party falling down drunk.
Plenty of NCS/STA, Holton and Sidwell kids there last year.

Do you stand at the door and check their id? Do you troll the parking lot for stickers? How many years have you been stalking this event?
I have had kids in the schools mentioned at the age mentioned and it never came up as a big event for the kids to attend. Did a handful from one or another attend any given year? Likely. Is it a thing that most of a grade from those schools annually participate in? No.

Got it. The cross check of attendees’ names against Catholics school enrollment will be rigorous this year. Let’s see if that helps.
We’ll report back.
