When in fact I am not upset with you at all. You actually helped me to not feel like an idiot for going to the emergency room. I hope my explanation made a little bit of sense here as to what I thought the most likely scenario is, being embarrassed that it could be worms. Seriously, cancer never once crossed my mind and as mentioned by some other posters that doesn't necessarily mean that is going to be my outcome. In my mind that's the least likely. It doesn't mean that I'm right , because I am not a doctor. I don't hold grudges, and no I am not senile. Yes I am perfectly capable of making my own medical decisions. I wasn't insinuating that everybody runs off to the doctor when they sneeze. I was saying that I felt like I was being criticized for not going to the doctor thus far. That is all. By now, hopefully I'm sure the admin has assured everyone that I'm not a troll. Anyway, thank you for all advice. again, I am honestly one of the nicest people you will ever meet and I truly apologize if I offended anyone by sounding as though I was dismissing this. If that were the case I would not have even asked the question on the internet. To those who would like an update I will give one. To those who do not I apologize in advance for giving an update.

I have to get my stuff up now. I am guilty of posting a serious question, nothing else. I am sorry that I don't run off to the doctor with every sneeze. Again, it's embarrassing, but I honestly thought worms.
ED is what most hospitals call their ERs now.
And I'm guessing most people find it odd that you're relying on your dad rather than your husband to take you to the doctor if you're old enough to be married...

Cancer in the abdominal area can spread very quickly and without prompt treatment it is very easy to go from "treatable " to "poor prognosis". You'll immediately have a CT scan of the abd and to rule out some things. I'm sorry that you haven't liked the advice here and I'm sorry that you don't like to deal with medical issues. But going to the ER is critical. I've seen patients with less severe symptoms than you and they've had colon cancer with mets to other organs
