Yikes. I don't know what the MD regs on summer camps are, but I do know that the DC regs for summer camps and after-school care are MUCH laxer than childcare/preschool/DCPS. I wonder if they even have to do background checks?
Nothing comes up in the case search for Harrington other than this arrest.
The conviction was in Fairfax

If your child is turning 19 in November of senior year, that is a red-shirt, because it means that your DD turned 7 in November of K and so was 6 by the K cut off, which means she was 5 by the K cut off the year before and so old enough to have started then.
Yes, but this kid is in his 5th year of high school so your kindergarten thing doesn't apply to him.

He turned 19 in December, he started high school in 2012 so he either repeated a year of high school making this a 5th year or he took a year off.

Yes, this was true at the private school I went to 30 years ago. Money = drugs.
I was too poor to buy the drugs, not popular and pressured to do drugs, so I did not do drugs. Problem solved.
Talk to your kids. My parents were completely clueless. When I tried to talk to my siblings about this issue with their kids, who are also going to schools with a lot of wealth, they just ignored me.
