Prince William looks like that because his own DAD, Charles looks like that, vaguely constipated and without a thought in his head.

Actually he was a very attractive late teen / early 20s. Then it all went south.

Also, knock on the Queen all you want, but she has carried the office with grace and dignity and she can actually rebuild an engine block to boot, since she served as a mechanic and ambulance driver in WWII.
