Right, but did he just eliminate Noah? Or confirm Cole? They tested the pacifier. Did they have Coles DNA to match it?

It irritates me that Allison doesn't reiterate to Noah multiple times that if she wants the chance for custody of her child she CAN NOT have a relationship with him. That he needs to be out of her life.

I don't think the writers would be so pedestrian as to follow this storyline, however.
They definitely slept together because it was covered in both Allison and Cole's versions.

It was shown. It was at the end when he wrecks the red car and drives off the road. He gets out of the car and takes a look at the damage to the front but Then they show an aerial l/bird's eye view and the back of the red car has no damage to the back. This suggests Noah was hallucinating about the prison guard hitting him with his truck.

NP here. It most certainly was, you need to watch again. It was before the scene where the the police officer said "I Fu*ked your wife" and threw the picture at Noah. It 100% without a doubt was shown--no marks. I think the whole guard abuse thing is a figment of his writer's imagination. He stabbed himself and the bruises on him while he was in prison are the result of him freaking out and having to be restrained by that team of guards. I think him having sex with Allison on Block Island is also in his imagination.
