We have kids so mostly clothed.
Choices depend on weather.
Boxer briefs/PJ Bottoms.
No shirt or soft t-shirt.
Agree with not torn, tattered tired items.

My husband wears soft cotton boxers and that's fine by me. I actually enjoy sliding my hands under them and then removing them.
