All things equal nobody wants to be a with a broke dude. Life is much better all around if we aren't scrambling to make ends meet. But keep making those lattes, the supermarket cashier of your dreams will find you.
Keep hurling insults the truth must really bite. FWI, I am a 40 something marries male with a 200k income and a house in Fairfax.
I just find it funny that all the DCUM's claim to be smarter and make more money than their husbands or can't find a good man to love, yet all they are looking for here is money.
Money whores.
Bless your heart. Somehow you think "a 200k income and a house in Fairfax" makes you ballerific. In this area, that money and location is real regular. But it's always the regular dudes who think somebody is trying to get in their pockets.
PP needs a dose of reality. The median HHI in this country is about $62k. I make $200k and my wife makes $90k. Whe live in Fairfax in a house that is mortgage free. We also have an investment property in OBX that we will retire to. We have $2.4m is retirement savings and will have a $80k govt pension indexed to inflation. I have an expensive hobby (flying) and we both drive a new Mercedes.
The point is that our relationship has never been based on money. I don't need some fat pig on DCUM insinuating that the earning is inadequate. Jesus you would make Melinda Gates blush and you must be proud to represent the posters here who say the #1 quality you look for in a husband or a high earning potential. No wonder you also complain about no sex and inattentive husbands.

No one said SHE didn't earn money, she might even earn as much as or more than you, but it's rich to me that you want to be "wanted" for whatever it is you think your intrinsic value is, but in the other thread all the men talk about is someone who can stay thin and f*** all the time.
And you need to be real, if you were a dishwasher with no promise, plan, desire or intention of growing beyond that, your wives would not be with you. Women want men who can help provide for families, just as men want women who will continue looking good and sucking d***.

It is possible that women are placing a value on the things they themselves do. Are the guys that are looking for a fit sex machine keeping themselves fit and are about their partner's pleasure?
It shows the opposite. Women do not concern themselves with their partner's pleasure. Otherwise the reoccurring theme would not be what it is. I know you try to spin the question with fit sex machine, but that's not what the men are saying they want. They just want someone who wants to have sex with them. The majority of women are not concerned about pleasing their partner. Most women think sex is about them.

After 2 recent threads, I think we can all agree on the bolded part.
And you know what? There is absolutely nothing wrong with this!
It is a completely fair deal, no shame for the man or the woman.
We just want/need different things from a marriage.
Signed, a man who thoroughly provides for my family and wants a good looking woman to suck it.

So basically you're a hooker?
Thats an awful thing to say. Look at the number of guys on here complaining that their wives won't sleep with them. It seems like women are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
What's bothersome about that isn't that she has sex with her husband, it's that she doesn't prioritize having similar interests / being life partners. But hey, as long as the $$ keeps coming..
FFS. Who died and made you the priority police? Good like with your "partnership" and long gut-wrenching therapy sessions![]()
LOL what? Yes, I actually like spending time with my husband, in addition to having sex with him.

I assumed it was another woman who called you a hooker.
