It's feels very similar to the obsession with ripping down Kate Middleton and insisting she has an eating disorder.
I have not called her ugly, I did comment that the shoot was photoshopped. I've seen pics of GP in a bikini recently with little to no make up, and she looks lovely and toned. I am beginning to resent these photo shoots that photo shop the shit out of women. GP has nice abs - does she really need to look like a fitness model? She's not. She works out a lot and she says she likes to indulge in cheese and other rich food. But she's got a company and a she's a mom and she looks, like I said, toned and fit. Not sure why that isn't enough.
I also don't get the point of the shoot. She did an interview recently where she said as GOOP evolves, she'd like it be more than her brand and have less association with it. But this screams desperation. She's an attractive woman, she is aging well. Why can't we leave it that - why these over-the-frickin'-top bikini in a grocery store shoots?
