Looking at the video, I am wondering whether DCPS licensed the use of the footage in it. If not, that could be a problem: DCPS may own the footage or restrict its use, and the media release forms parents signed may not allow for this sort of use.

I'm wondering if she was being unethical in some way with ties to her business and DCPS?
