Because all women are different. I am not the OP, but my nipples have gotten larger and darker after BF. They were barely an A cup prior to having kids, but now that I have gained some weight ( I was super skinny pre kids), my boobs fill out an A cup (maybe B?), but the nipples are definitely darker and larger. If I hadn't gained some weight, my boobs would probably be like a tangerine in a sock. I would love to lose 5lbs, but that 5lbs would probably go straight from my boobs only.

Fwiw my DH always preferred natural breasts. Until I got implants. He now prefers fakes. If I got a third implant in the middle he would probably prefer the triple breasted look...
Honestly I think guys just want sex.
Who woulda thought ...

It's ok, really. I'm very petite and my mom is not (naturally). Genetics are weird. Sometimes I wonder why I didn't get that particular feature (sister did!) but I don't dwell on it.

So sorry if this is too much information but there's no real sag as they were small to begin with, but my nipples are HUGE and are larger than pencil erasers. I think it is the proportion and moving up a cup or two would make things aesthetically pleasing undresses and dressed.
Consensus: If it would make you happy, and you can afford it, and you've at least considered your husband's views, and you are aware of the risks, go for it, but don't over-do it. WE HAVE SPOKEN.
