I also began fast forwarding liberally when they brought her out with the fire hose. It is truly cringe worthy. I think we're at the point where the show is just openly making fun of itself. Right? That has to be it. It can't be that anyone thinks the setups are anything but unbelievably lame and cheesy. I find it's only bearable to watch in real time if I'm watching with my DH so that we can crack jokes and make fun of the whole thing. Otherwise, agreed...it's boring and embarrassing.
I don't know how any of the people on this show do any of it with a straight face.
