They won't say "like the movie?" either. The Audrey Hepburn movie was in 1954 (60+ years ago), and the 1995 remake was highly forgettable.

EXACTLY. Love the name, OP, and I don't think she'll get a nickname unless she WANTS one. Just make sure you and she always introduce her as Sabrina, and make sure caregivers/other adults in her life when she is young call her by her full name, too, even if other children call her Sabby or whatever. Just reinforce Sabrina over and over. I have a three syllable name and have never had a nickname that stuck.
That is a fairly naive assumption.
