watching Obama speak in a mosque. He is doing outstanding job like usual.

But I thought women were segregated from men in a mosque. Why are the women and men integrated, sitting side by side?? Is that the normal for mosques??

Top PP may or may not be socially inept, but she does seem to think that being on the Religion forum gives her a pass to be just as rude as OP's SIL. My guess is that because the target is Christianity, and because she assumes she's dealing with Christians here (actually, not all of us), and because she thinks all Christians are stupid or something, then it's OK to be a jerk. Top PP and OP's SIL should meet for drinks.

No, she just thinks believing in God is stupid. I like your statement a lot, though.

Also, it's not our house (we aren't local to them). It's their house or MIL's house.


How far is not local? DMV to Illinois? Or DC to Baltimore? It sounds like you see her rarely and only at large family events with his side of the family. Block her facebook newsfeed and limit yours with her. Don't put her up as a houseguest if/when she wants to bring her brood to tour DC.
