+1 Love our split foyer too. Two car garage and a basement that's not really a basement - full size windows all around. Tons of useable space. Of course my Midwest parents had a heart attack when we bought it a few years ago - not because it's a split, but because it cost close to $1 million! But what are you going to do around here - Houses are expensive.

I like the inside enough, but the outside is so ugly! I wish they had made the windows larger.
